At the Judgment Seat of Christ, believers are rewarded based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). The things we will likely be judged on are how well we obeyed the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), how victorious we were over sin (Romans 6:1-4), how well we controlled our tongue (James 3:1-9), etc. The Bible speaks of believers receiving crowns for different things based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). The various crowns are described in 2 Timothy 2:5; 2 Timothy 4:8; James 1:12; 1 Peter 5:4; and Revelation 2:10. James 1:12 is a good summary of how we should think about the Judgment Seat of Christ, “Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.”

No there is not. And anyone who tells you that is teaching you the doctrine of the devil.
Jesus Christ taught "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. "
The people who do the good deeds go to paradise. Those who do bad deeds are acursed apart from God forever. There is no scale.

[101:1] In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[101:2] The Great Calamity!
[101:3] What is the great calamity?
[101:4] And what should make thee know what the Great Calamity is?
[101:5] The day when men will be like scattered moths,
[101:6] And the mountains will be like carded wool.
[101:7] Then, as for him whose scales are heavy,
[101:8] He will have a pleasant life.
[101:9] But as for him whose scales are light,
[101:10] Hell will be a nursing mother to him.
That is what is going to happen on the day of judgment according to the above chapter in Qur'an. I hope this helps.

No.
Salvation is by grace through faith, according to the Bible.
We are not saved by our good works, nor condemned for a bad deeds.
Heaven (the hereafter) is ours because of our acceptance or rejection of Jesus Christ.
