Knorr Spinach Dip!!!
Yummy!!!
1-2 cloves of Finely Chopped Garlic
2-3 small green onions (chop small white and green parts!)
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, (boil for a sec..then drain well
,never know if it's been cleaned correctly)
1 pkg Knorr's or ANY veggie soup mix
1 small can water chestnuts finely chopped
16 oz. sour cream (I always use the fat free now a days)
8 oz. mayonnaise (Low fat Dukes, best)
A splash of Soy sauce
Pinch of Pepper
A squeeze of lemon (tends to wash the green out of some veggies but it don't sit around long enough my house to do that.
Do cool the spinach with cold tap water to stop the cooking process, then squeeze the water out of the spinach after it's short cook time...my mom uses a towel (GAG) i just push the water out thru my drainer by pressing on it.
If I'm gonna make this for the next day.. take the spinach out and let it thaw in the Fridge over night)
Drain the water chestnuts. and then the water chestnuts with a knife or a food processor.
Combine the, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, and green onions, soy, lemon juice, pepper (usually the soup mixes have MORE than enough salt) in a bowl and mix, add the well drained spinach..mix again and then refrigerate!
Usually better after a couple hours in the fridge.
Sprinkle with a Little fresh parsley.. me I'm a CHIVES kinda guy.

Gimme either FAT STICK Pretzels or some smaller size traditional twist type pretzels....(the spinach usually keeps it from falling thru the holes and keep a min mess)

Yum Yum eat ummmmm Up!!

Please .. I have three ...
one is plain sour cream - it is a great recipe!

the second is half an avocado still in the shell - also a great recipe!

the third: any soft white cheese mixed with cream, garlic, white pepper, dry chives, dry green peppercorns, and whatever else your muse tells you to use! Or ... use fresh herbs: parsley, chervil, chives, tarragon ... especially nice with garlic; try roasted garlic ... cut the top off whole heads of garlic, drizzle olive oil over the cloves and get it to go down inside the head ... put it into a small pan or oven dish, so they are close together, stay upright and do not lose the oil into the dish ... 375' F for at least 25 minutes; they should be brown, "caramellized" and fragrant, and soft ..... peel off the skin from each clove and pop out the little bud; store them covered with olive oil ... but use them!!

Pizza Fondue is a great dip to make. You cook it in the crock pot. It is: 16oz cube cheese, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 1 28oz jar spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup beef broth or red wine. You put them all in the crock pot and let it simmer for an hour then dip italian bread in it.
