Yes, READ Rakel's PREVIOUS ANSWER !

She IS right !

You can also read your owners manual. (you can download it here: http://www.motorcraftservice.com/pubs/content/~WO4EXP/~MUS~LEN/41/04expog3e.pdf )

Page 158 specifically states that you do not have a trans dipstick. Your transmission is sealed & filled for life, it does not 'consume' fluid.
This is not a 'stupid move' ....please read the footnote on page 177 regarding the type of fluid to be used & how these fluids are not to be mixed.

(a stupid move would be taking 'novice' advice on a DIY project that could possibly ruin your vehicle and/or void any warranties )

Here is a copy of your maintenance schedule as well:

I could be wrong but I'm assuming you don't have either of these or you would have consulted them first.

Please don't take my answer the wrong way.
I've seen too many people ruin their vehicles by not useing OEM parts & services ( & cheap aftermarket products) & then blaming the manufacturer for their vehicles not performing to their expectations.

Don't make a mistake that could wind up costing you $thousands.

Yep that was pretty dumb, However to answer your Question , You have to get under the truck and remove the plug and go from there , Take the plug out real slow if you see any fluid start to come out stop and tighten down and you will know its full, good luck
