I would stay way clear unless I was in love with this person and they returned my feelings.
Sex is not a game and it can lead to death.

would depend on the complications, wether both parties had feelings for each other or wether it was a just a one time 'both need sex so why not' kinda thing. theres no point if sum1s gonna get hurt cos of it. but if thats not an issue it could either turn into sumthing more or just be a good one off that benefits 2 people. :-)

My reaction would depend on the complications and what the person looked like. It is really hard to answer that question without that information.

what type of complications are we talking about?
hahaha...so many horrible images are running through my mind right now..haha...a three nipple man being one of them...
well it would depend on what the guy looked like...
...if sex was offered on a plate to me from a guy of MY choice (lets say Marques houston..haha..his yummy) then i would NOT say no!!
but if its an ugly bloke, no way i would stay sexless until i get better....are you in this situation?..haha..if you are dont go for just anyone...you might regret sleeping with the ugly village boy chances are he would spread it about and you'd find yourself with a terrible nick name

I don't understand the question. What do you mean "not had it in a while" - I guess after 12 hours I might be tempted.
