How does my friend go about obtaining legal citizenship in the U.S. both of his kids were born in the U.S. but he wants to become a citizen (drivers license ect.)

He needs to pass a test on US history and culture with other immigrants to become a full fledged US citizen. Then he can get the rest.

tell your "friend" that he has to wait for the strive act of 2007 or someother refrom legislation.or he could get married(lol),visa lottery(diversity visa),he could gain legal status by getting a h1b visa but that's skilled based.
