I've got El arte es del siglo ....

but I'm having trouble with the twentieth part. Thanks!

"El arte es del siglo XX" (veinte)

We use cardinal numbers contrary to English language (ordinals)

20 = veinte
20th = vigésimo, but 'siglo vigésimo' in Spanish is not used nor said.

'Siglo dieciocho (18)' =18th century
