i actually had a bowl of cream of wheat earlier this morning.
some sugar, butter,and milk in it. honey is good too in it.
if no sugar,use honey.

Grits! All the way. With some extra butter, pepper, and some hot sauce. Maybe a sprinkle of cheese. I like Quaker Oat brand instant grits. My aunt was from Baton Rouge and turned me on to real grits years ago. It's my favorite breakfast now, even if it's the instant kind.

Oatmeal has everything you need, b vitamins, proteins, carbs. Ode to the expression, "Feeling your oats." You can get cerial, but even the best only provides you with what you could get cheaper simply by taking a good multivitamin. B vitamins are one of the greatest missing factors in modern food today, and are the most important brain food! The preservative msg (otherwise known as spice/spices/ natural flavorings to the FDA) will preserve your liver and other parts of you, even to the point of blurring vision, so be careful what you put in your mouth or you could become a walking zit. (just kidding)

I love cold cereals only (I don't think of grits as a cereal, it is made with cheese, and butter and salted at the table).
My favorite cold cereal is Life and then Kelloggs Frosted Flakes
