I wouldn't exactly call this working hard. More like hardly working! :)

I don't think you know what the "day of rest" is all about in the bible. Check it out - you might be surprised at what you find.
We are to rest and be with friends/family when our daily chores are done. For me (live on a farm) - to not "keep on keeping on" would mean the death of lots of animals. However, we don't start up any projects on Sundays that can wait until Monday.

Lk 13:10-17 On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, 11 and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. 12 When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, "Woman, you are set free from your infirmity." 13 Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God. 14 Indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, the synagogue ruler said to the people, "There are six days for work. So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath." 15 The Lord answered him, "You hypocrites! Doesn't each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or donkey from the stall and lead it out to give it water? 16 Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?"

actually it says in the bible that Saturday is the day of rest.
I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist and I do keep the Saturday and I have been all of my life.
Ex. 31:15- Six days may work be done; but in the *seventh* is the sabbath of rest...
Ex.16:26- Six days ye shall gather it: but on the *seventh* day, which is the sabbath, in it there shall be none.

I'm Christian, but I believe Sunday is a day to rest when you can, but life is busy, especially with kids. Doing this is relaxing to me. Have a great day.

From the Bible that I read, the Sabbath is but a type and shadow of things to come, which has been fulfilled in a way. Sabbathing is the life of faith.

I agree with Rembrandt, the healing Jesus gave on the Sabbath...
It's impossible for man to keep these laws..
Jesus Christ came to fulfil the law so we don't have to.
It's a personal choice for each of us..

People are starved for knowledge. If they had the truth, what works for them, they wouldn't be keeping on. Then when you find your truth you share your knowledge to help others on their path.

I like working on Sundays just because people think it's wrong to be a workhorse on a "holy day".
