Pon is the formal command form of poner, which means "to place or put". It most easily means put, place or most likely "give me" in this context.

"Pon" comes form the verb ´"poner" that means to put
but you have to be careful cause we dont use pon in all latin american countries...we use poné or dame.
It depends on where you are going to use this word.
For example:
Pon el agua para tomar un té or you can say "Poné el agua para tomar un té".
As in put the water to drink a tea...
it means the same thing but in argentina it would be better to use "poné" and in Spain.."pon"

"Pon" comes from the 2nd person Command, for the verb "poner" - to place, to put.

In your quotation, it would mean:

'Put' on your turning lights (direccionales).
