Hi, ignore the guy above he doesn't know what he's talking about.
I am the Senior Estimator for a timber window and door manufacturer and we have made these in the past. Unfortunately we don't make them anymore but I can tell you who does.
The company is Carey & Fox and they have a very good reputation. They won't be cheap and would think you would be looking somewhere about £3000 minimum supply for doors that are about 2400mm wide. Last time we made some of these it was £900 cost just for the itonmongery.

they do not do that type of door in england..so if you wanted them made ..then the answer would be ..very expensive .and ceartainly not worth it
