I am super picky but am willing to try anything. Also, I am a "land vegetarian" i.e. will eat seafood. Thanks!

Broiled fillet of (salmon, sole, cod, other fish), a mixed salad, some whole wheat bread/rolls, carrot cake.

The important thing is not to eat fried foods, too much grease of any type, or too much sugary or salty food. My favorite is eggplant parmigiana with whole grain pasta.

I would make a great soup out of seafood and fresh vegetables I like. If you are not much of a cook, my method is to first grill onions and pieces of garlic in a little butter or olive oil in my soup pot and, after a little browning, add water, chicken bouillion, and the other vegetables. Seafood does not need as much cooking time as fresh vegetables, so simmer your vegetables first and then add seafood and finish cooking in accordance with the usual cooking times for seafood (look them up or ask the butcher or person at the seafood counter). You can add any vegetables or seasonings you like, but this is a plain soup I have made. If chicken bouillion (or for better flavor, chicken broth) is against your principles as a land vegetarian, use vegetable bouillion or season the broth yourself. More olive oil will give the soup more body. Bon appetit.

Brown rice and beans (beans - if canned - drained first to get rid of extra salt) - and a salad.
Excellent.
