Try to exercise at least a little each day. Do a lot of cardio that gets you up to your target heart rate or above. When you work out, wear heavy clothing, like sweats and underarmor, because the more you sweat, the more calories you burn. Try a variety of exercises, such as abs, back, arms, legs, etc.
Try reducing your intake of fatty foods. Eat many (5-6) well balanced meals every day. Eating more small healthy meals reduces your snacking and also has you eating less than you would eat at larger regular meals. Also, drink a lot of water.
DO NOT fast or starve yourself. When you do this, your metabolism slows down and your body starts eating away at your muscle. It is very unhealthy. Also, when you do eat, you will gain more weight than you lost and quickly because your body will overcompensate and eat more than you would normally eat because it thinks you won't get another chance to eat for another long while
Diet pills are also very unhealthy. I've heard they tear up your stomach.
Good luck! =)

How nice to book a vacation for you! I'm sure some body gurus out there are giving you good diet and exercise advice, but here is something for your head: enjoy the heck out of your vacation. If the bikini is an issue for you, do what you can about your body, and make sure you take a nice swimsuit with you that you like and that fits. Then, if you didn't lose enough weight for the bikini, you will still be beautiful, confident, and able to swim or just walk around looking great. However, take the bikini with you and model it (wink wink!) for your boyfriend in the hotel room.

It's a vacation and your supposed to be going to relax and have fun, not worry whether you fit into a bikini. Deciding to change your eating habits and more exercise is a good start to a better you. You can start doing that now. But before you do, do yourself a favor and pick out a one piece that accentuates your particular body features. Wear that on vacation and have fun! Take that bikini and hang it up in the closet and use that as motivation. Your Boy friend should support your efforts and encourage you, not put pressure on you to fit into a bikini.

I'm not an expert at all on this type of stuff, but I've been reading up on it myself :]
Eating more often in smaller amounts helps speed up your metabolism..eat fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole wheats. Avoid eating 3 hours before sleeping too. Drinking lots of water per day (2 liters?) also will help your metabolism.
Then you should do cardio exercises 3-5 times a week for about 30-45 min. along with a variety of spot reducing exercises (ie: crunches).
Also, weighted hula hoops (1-5 lbs.) trims your waistline down and gets rid of the excess fat there.
I'm not sure if they are all proven facts, but I just wanted to try to help and share :] Good luck!

instead of eating 3 square meals a day you are going to start eating 6 small meals a day (every 2-3 hours). limit yourself to healthy fats, lean proteins, whole grain carbs and LOTS AND LOTS of water, fruits and veggies. water especially is going to help rev your metabolism and keep you full. I recommend trying for 2 liters of water a day! by eating so frequently you are keeping your blood sugar level stable and keeping your body from going into starvation mode (which happens every time you go more than 3 hours without food) where it will automatically store everything as fat. also pick up an issue of fitness or shape magazine and flip through it for their weight training workout. walmart has some pretty cheap free weights you can purchase and begin a weight training routine 3 times a week. add a bit of cardio 20-30 min (the alternate 3 days a week) and you should be in decent shape by the time you get to vacation!

The quickest and saftest way to lose the weight healthy is to do a lot of jogging. You also need to cut out fast foods, and fried food. You need to make sure you don't starve yourself. You could possibly lose 10-12 pounds if you workout 6 days a week for an hour. You need a workout routine that includes cardio and weightlifting.

The American College of Sports Medicine offers guidelines for cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance training. The guidelines are flexible enough to allow you to pick your own exercises but have enough structure to get you going when you first start out. They are pretty easy to follow and will make your workout easier and more efficient.

You don't have to starve yourself or diet, there is no pill, program, diet, or system that works. Over in Europe, in Luxembourg, a doctor came up with a weight loss cure. it cures it for good. drink 1oz of apple cider vinegar and extra virgin coconut oil, they work miracles. for more things you can do read Weight loss cure
