No. You really should call your vet about any medications. Even OTC can be bad.

NO.

do not give your dog human medicine unless told to do so by a vet (and get it in writing so if your pet dies you can sue him).

dogs bodies work differently to ours - zyrtec will probably kill him. Go to a VET and get some proper medication.

there is allergy medication for dogs. take your dog to the vet and get a prescription for them the same as you would get one for yourself. it is not a good idea to give them human meds unless you are very knowledgeable about it, which almost none of us is.
