I too, have similar thoughts, on occasion. The "subconscious zone of the mind" is a really mysterious / uncanny zone!

I do and I don't think it is anything less than a built in way of protecting our selves from various things.
You know the mind is very complex and has to handle all the information that is programmed into it including the information it obtains through experience. It also is that part of us that will protect us from various emotions that left unbridled would cause us great harm.
One thing you might remember is that IN TIME your subconscious will have processed whatever hurts and emotions are still troubling you way down deep within and you will begin to function much better once again!

There are many things that you see and feel and otherwise experience you are only marginally aware of. Most of it is to 'protect' you from information overload and give you the freedom to act and respond to the important stuff (from a survival perspective).
This has nothing to do with the obvious insecurity you feel. It sounds like you should practice confrontational situations (like act these situations out with a friend) so you get a better grip on what to expect and what to do and say.
Trust me, it isn't easy but you can get a better grip on yourself and by extension your surroundings.

Can I be in your sub-conscience ???? I agree with Oranges...its a load of crap. just an excuse people use. your mind can do things in the background like make you in a bad mood when your stressed out, but the whole alter-ego thing people use and blame it on their subsonscience is bs.

There are strange things for us... let's try to pray to understand...if we have to understand that!
You know that we are using only 10-15% of our brains?
God is in control, if He wasn't this world was already destroyed.
Let's pray to act like human beings!

I didnt even finsih the question but i know that I dont think so. You ahve to have control over both. If you dont, you're not trying to hard and you're letting that happen to you. Yeah, your subconciouss knows things you dont know you know but if you think about why you do things and such you can figure it out.

I personally don't believe in subconscience. Your mind is your mind. How can your mind have it's *own* mind, so to speak, and hold memories and active thoughts that WE aren't aware of? Sounds too much like science-fiction to me. I really don't care what 'science' has 'proven' either. Science is only as good as the SCIENTIST that wrote down his theory.
