My husband woke up and tasted blood. He spit and some blood came out..(not alot) and then he was fine. This morning he is having some ringing in his ear and alittle dizziness when he woke up. He would not go to the doctor. Does anyone know what these symptoms could mean...thanks for you help.

Go to an ENT specialist. There may be an ear injury. Again it may be a coincidence that there is ringing in his ears when he spat some blood. It may also be haemoptysis.
