I just was wandering because i watched under siege 2 yesterday, and i was wondering if the flare would stick in you.

Yes,it will penetrate and they will die very painfully as their guts fry.

It might stick.
While I have never seen a flare meant for a flare gun, I have to presume that the end is pointed to allow it to shoot as far in the air as possible.
I'm not sure about it penetrating clothing, etc...but I think there is a good chance at short range that the thing may stick right in there.

Well at the federal pound me in the as.. prison you would find out how it feels to get a 25mm flare up the wazoo.
That is too sick and sadistic to give a real response.

You would get to spend some quality time with Bubba in the shower of Rikers island prison.
It might stick to your clothes, but it doesn't have enough muzzle velocity to penetrate your body.
It would be like getting shot with a less-than-lethal weapons that shoots plastic or rubber projectiles.
