Sounds like you have a throat infection. You can try gargling with warm salty water to see if this helps. Drink hot tea with lemon And honey. You need to see a medical doctor because you probably have an infection. Go to the emergency room or a clinic as soon as possible.

Try to drink lot of cold fluids.
Get a glass of warm water and put some table salt in the glass of warm water.Gargle with the water and salt. This should make your throat feel better.
Do not eat any large meals. Eat warm soup, this will make your throat feel better also.
Are you running a temperature? If so you need to take something for it. What ever you have used in the past. This will help your head also.
If you are not better by Monday I would go see the doctor. You could have strep- throat with your throat hurting this bad??
Try to get as much rest as possible.
Drink as many fluids as possible. This will help with the sore throat. Put a cold cloth around your throat this might help.

Good Luck

Get yourself checked for throat infection. Do not delay. Your doc may give you some good antibiotic to take care of your throat.
Alternatively, gargle with some hot water + turmeric powder.
Add turmeric powder to hot water after removing the water from the fire.
Gargle when hot.
Turmeric is a good antisepetic and a natural antibiotic.
