Just thought you may want to rethink the roots of the abortion issue that has been soo talked about on here lately!
That if you believe the life starts at conception, taking the pill is also murder?
The pill is only effective because it creats a fertilised egg unable to connect to the lining of the womb, because it makes the womb a hostile enviroment for it to embrace the living fetus!
Similar with the 'The Morning after Pill'.

Sorry I have been misinformed, the pill does work by preventing ovulation AND also the enviroment of the womb.
I do know the benefits for ladies on the pill.
I also agree that abortion is sometimes necessary.
I was simply stating a view on the pill.
It is also every ones choice what they do.
Believe it or not I love you ALL!

The health benefits that is, with the ladies who are on it for that.
Thanks Amy and Faith walker, we actually do agree!
And you all know that I (least of all) do not and could not judge anyone!
If you've ever seen me pass judgement on someone, message me!

I didn't know that. Thanks for the info.
What about in cases like I had a friend who was bleeding ALL the time and the only way they found to stop it was to put her on the pill?
There is a Senator here in California that believes a life isn't a life until the baby comes home from the hospital. (And isn't a real life even after it's born).

For the illiterate among us, the question is:
Did you know that if you believe that life begins at conception taking the pill is also murder?
FYI:
My step daughter is both a virgin (accroding to her gynecologist) and taking birth control pills. Birth Control pills are not only used for birth control, they are used by doctors to stabilize and control hormonal imbalances in some women.
I therefore cannot agree with the premise of the questioner although I do appreciate her position.
Birth Control Pills themselves can be used as morning after pills, although to do so without a doctors supervision is as dangerous as attempting a do it yourself abortion with a hanger, something that was far more common than most people know before the Wade vs Row decision.

Well, conception happens when a sperm cell merges with an egg. The Pill prevents this from happening. Thus it really can't be classified as abortion since abortion takes place after conception - when the fetus starts to develop.
Though the funny thing is, I've known a lot of religious fanatics who will testify that The Pill is what they call "little abortions". I have to wonder if they obtained their logic from a cereal box.

No one knows if abortion is the murder of a human soul or if it is simply the death of a clump of cells. The Bible is not clear, science does not address the presence of a soul and there is no God on earth that everyone follows. So to say something is murder is not supported unless there is some type of proof. But there is proof that the Pro life movement commits murder.

same thing with an IUD....I think technically the pill is supposed to stop ovulation, but if an egg does get released and fertilized it has less of a chance of survival in the environment....this is why so many people that have been on the pill for a LONG time are having problems conceiving....
So, Yep, I agree with you! Life starts at conception. Any of it is an abortion.

A) A person's life does NOT begin at the moment of conception.
B) Life begins when the DNA package is complete, the cell has split into two cells and the one called the polar body has been cast off. The remaining cell at that moment becomes a unique being whose difference from the rest of humanity is merely numeric. The DNA package is the same whether carried by one cell or by trillions, as in an adult.
C) That moment does not come for several hours AFTER conception. Anything which deliberately prevents THAT cell from further division and growth becomes murder of a unique human being.
D) Keep Mr. Sperm and Miss Egg from getting together in the first place.

Abortion is the ONE subject I will not discuss or debate. Like the "Diety of Christ". Its Non-Negotiable. Any person who can rationalize/justify the killing of infants is far beyond any kind of moral argument I could give them. End of answer.....theBerean

I'M NOT SURE OF YOUR QUESTION ~ EXAMPLE:
THE PILL IS ONLY EFFECTIVE BECAUSE IT CREATES A FERTILIZED EGG.
YOU STATE THE PILL ALSO MURDERS.
LETS BE FAIR.
WOMEN THAT TAKE THE PILL DO NOT BELIEVE IN PROCREATION OR WILL HAVE CHILDREN LATER.
NOT TAKING THE PILL MEANS YOU WILL HAVE A CHILD.
IF YOU WANT THIS TO BE A MORAL ISSUE NO ONE CAN STOP YOU AND THE SAME FOR THE GIRLS WHO USE THE PILL.

To some it is easier on their conscious to "kill them whilst they are just starting" rather than "murder them in a partial birth" while their little head is just sticking out.
This "partial birth" is justified due to the fact that part of the poor baby is still in the womb.
Me thinks that GOD has a special place in HELL for such "partial birth" MURDERERS.
( have a nice forever)

GOD IS NOT MOCKED
