Looks like double elevens to me. 11 X 2=1111
Eleven= judgement and disorder.
The number eleven is associated usually with Disorder and Judgement all through the bible.
Gen 10:15-18 it says that Canaan had eleven sons.
There are eleven judgements upon the Egyptians Ex 7:19-21.

this is what happnes if yy pay attention to numbers, for some reason you will start to see some number more frequently than another number. i have this with 42, and 21.
