GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU WHO AGREE WITH ME
listen folks, no doubt the choice is hard for the parents, but aparantly the choice of sex wasn't. wtf?!?! these days everything is about sex, but then they just go out and get an abortion! most people have family that will surely care for the child, even if raped. RAPE, IS NO EXCUSE FOR DEATH. and yes, for all those who believe the baby isn't alive, it is. they're life begins 9 months before birth, der der derrrr!! how else could it move?!?! people, let me tell you something. i'm 15 years ok, and i would never, EVER EVER have an abortion. not even if it was a me die baby live situation, i would much rather live the rest of my life with God than on this crummy earth, and watch my child from the heavens. so, God bless all of you and oh wait, i have something to say to this

Adoption is a loving option? I'm sure that's true if you don't take into the consideration the amount of children who never get adopted out.

OH SHUTUP!! u incompetent but

Everyone is entitled to their own views.

I disagree with people trying to enforce their views on others.

My own view is that each case should be treated on an individual basis.

Oh dear... you say "i would much rather live the rest of my life with God than on this crummy earth, and watch my child from the heavens"... you need to sort your head out, girl

Really this isn't a religion issue and the government should not have anything to do with this. An abortion should be a woman's choice and not anyone else's. Of course if the baby is about to be born abortion should not be allowed but abortion is good option since the mother believes she would not be able to care for the baby so I think abortion should be allowed

I totally agree with you. I recently learned that a woman named Margaret Sanger was someone who made abortion legal (worked very hard to make it legal). did you know that she wanted to wipe out the African race? She didn't like blacks. Or did you know that 3 in 4 abortions are made by blacks? I'm not picking at blacks. I'm just showing that abortion was orriginally meant to wipe out the race. Margaret Sanger was a racist pig. Republicans are prolife. Democrats are proabortion. hmmmmm. do you think maybe they're trying to wipe out a certain race? Please, think about what you are doing or saying before you say abortion is right. Abortion is murder. From the day the egg and the sperm meet, they are children. they would grow and be born if it weren't for the interference of abortions. Can you not see that? Abortion is killing babies. please think about this before you say that abortion is ok, because it is not. and as for all of you above me who say you don't believe in forcing your opinions on others and that you are pro choice, you go ahead and say that. But what it comes down to is that if we don't voice our opinions and show the facts, abortion will continue to be legal. So SHUT UP! and to those of you that say that it's taking away women's rights, you need to shut up too!!!! Women do NOT have the right to kill. that is exactly what abortion is. it may be legal, but it's still wrong!!!! The fetus is not part of the woman's body. it is it's own being. it's only in the womb temporarily. so you are actually taking away another human beings right's entirely just to protect a woman's right to kill, which is a right she shouldn't have in the first place. and just because you get raped doesn't mean you should kill the child. it's still a baby!! it's not it's fault that it was conceived because of rape!!!

First of all, be kind and don't judge. The best way to educate people is to NOT condemn them. In the eyes of the law abortion is NOT murder. That is the reality. Pro choice will also mean pro life. The best way to prevent abortion is to educate someone on the other choices. I remind again, abortion is NOT against the law. Focus on providing the counselling and education of preventing pregnancy (and abortion should NOT be used as a form of birth control) and stress choosing life over abortion.
0.15% of abortions are what has been labelled "partial birth abortions". This is an inaccurate description.
This procedure is done at any stage of the foetus' life when it is severely medically challenged and will suffer a very short (less than a day) life. It is also done to when the mother's life is in danger. This is NOT an easy decision for parents to make, so show compassion.
You will have further success in your goal (saving foetus') if u stop trying to "convince" someone abortion is murder. That is NOT what the law indicates. Spend your time wisely and accentuate the positive by convincing someone that there are alternatives that ensure the life of the foetus.

These are my thoughts. I hope they are helpful.

i am strictly pro-life, which means against abortion. it's false when people say that it's ok because it promotes choice and freedom. the reason it's false is because the fetus is a separate human being, and the mother's womb is simply a temporary home for it. it's false when people say the fetus is a part of a woman's body and she has the complete right to get rid of it, and is basically the same thing as cutting your hair. well, why do people say the fetus is not a separate, just underdeveloped human being? yet, they consider it a human being when it is delivered and is in the doctor's hands. so let me ask those people something: does some "magical humanizing" transformation occur while the child is being delivered? there's no sense in saying the fetus is just part of the woman's body. otherwise, when IS the fetus a human being? i believe it is at the moment of conception.

allow me to provide an example:
there two dogs. one is a puppy and one is an adult dog. are they both dogs? of course! then what gives us the right to say the fetus isn't a human, but i am, just because i can function like a fully developed person?

so to me, abortion is actually a promotion of CUTTING OFF choice and freedom, because underdeveloped humans are deprived of choice. they are cut off from the basic human right to live just because they're fetuses and dont LOOK like developed humans. you can't expect them to talk and demand the mother to go through with the pregnancy. and this causes people to think it's okay to get rid of them.

and for Christians, it's impossible for you to follow God's words if you're promoting abortion. proverbs 6:16 clearly states that one of the ABOMINATIONS to God is hands that shed innocent blood. abortion is an exact example of shedding innocent blood.

I can't understand why some people can look at microscopic organism taken as a sample from a human, and say, "This tiny life-form is the cause of a particular fatal disease in humans.", and then turn right around and look at a zygote, through the same microscope, with the same eyes, and say that it isn't even a life-form, much less a life, even much less a human life.

This particular form of myopia is common among people who are just there for the fun of it.

If a babysitter showed up without her eye-glasses, I'd send her home for them before I trusted her with my child. How could I trust a person with this peculiar myopia with a child? If a school teacher can't see human life, should he be teaching children? I'll assume both the babysitter and the teacher love children, but I want more than that! I actually want them both to feel obligated to run back in the building for a child, if the building caught on fire. I don't demand that they actually do it, but I feel much better, knowing that they might!

im personally against abortion, i understand if it was a case of rape or something, but if you're stupid enough to have unprotected sex and get pregnant than you shouldnt get the easy way out. i also believe that if youre stupid enough to let this happen then you might not be smart enough to be a responsible mother, this is when adoption should be considered. im sure there are specific cases that aren't as simple as this, but for the most part abortion is used as a way to get out of a bad situation, its making people not have to deal with the consequences of their actions.

Abortion is a last resort if you have no other way out, i look around me and see 1000's of women dragging kids up because they were not ready to be parents and cant cope with the responsibility, the child has no male father figure they are draining the welfare system and cannot control their kids who a high percentage of turn to crime.- it turns into a circle as their young girls then get pregnant at younger and younger ages.
Although i believe in prochoice i think their should be a stop to women who use it as a form of birth control and if the goverment became pro-active about encouraging marriage by helping with tax breaks and benefits for married peoples we would probably see a decline instead we see them making it easy for single parents

well i think that it is wrong for like 20 and 30 year olds and even people in their late teens, but if they were like 13, then their body isn't physically ready to have a child, even if they set it out for adoption, and they can die or be seriously injured giving birth. I'm not saying it's okay for 11 year-olds to be going out and "doing it" but if they get raped, i think they should be able to have an abortion with parental consent.

Adoption is a loving option? I'm sure that's true if you don't take into the consideration the amount of children who never get adopted out.

When children grow-up in a unstable environment such as an adoption agency, they're at higher risk to develop mental disorders or lead a violent life (such as in a gang). Now, you may think I'm just pulling these facts out of thin air but my husband works with these kids everyday.

It breaks my heart to hear some of the stories that come out of the facility my husband works at. Some, (the older children) have even stated that they would have rather been aborted and ended up with God rather than living the life they're in.

Abortion may kill a body, but at least it doesn't kill a soul.

I believe abortion is wrong. But, until the Christians step-up to the plate and start showing their love in actions instead of words, it is a necessary evil.

I know many Christians who are making money, have fine houses and cars, they are wonderful people, but they do not adopt children. What choice does a pregnant woman have when all she see is abortion. There needs to be more adoptions going on.
