I have never read any of the Bible, but I know it is a book of fables based on a bunch of crap using my own instict. It's mathematically improbable there is a God. It is scientifically impossible Jesus was born from a virgin. If he did exist, he had a human father. He might have died on the cross, but it wasn't for our sins. I don't care if every scientist in the world said Jesus was divine and God was real. I still would not listen. I would assume those scientists are actually Christians. Most of Christianity isn't original, either. Most of it comes from Paganism.

the only scammers are the people who use His name to earn a profit. The bible is much more than fables...it is documantation of life in that era.

It is said that you cannot judge a book by its cover. You are trying to judge without even looking at the cover. You say "I have never read ANY of the Bible, but I know it is a book of fables based on a bunch of crap using my own instinct," So I assume then that your instinct has always been 100% correct, if that is what you say I call you a LIAR.
You say "it is scientifically impossible Jesus was born from a virgin." I guess you do not know much about science, you do not have to have sex to become pregnant. There are several different ways to get semen into the vagina other then sex.
You would not believe that Jesus was Divine and God even if every scientist in the world said HE was. Do you know how stupid that sounds?

Why do people quote the bible to answer the question?
That's ridiculous. Using a book to claim the validity of that book.
......
You're right, the jesus story has been plagiared by over 18 different 'ancient' myths.

Hey Christians, can you tell me why the roman empire and western civilisation have always made it a priority to destroy all ancient texts and litterature of every land they invaded?
They're still doing it today in Irak by the way...which is ancient Summeria, the place where the 'gods', beings from another planet first arrived...

Was it because they're above all other beings spiritually or because they are afraid people might get a nice global view of the world and its (our) past?

Perhaps you should read it for literary sake at least then you could say that you read it and you disagree with it for any number of reasons it is so conflicting and they say that it is that way so that they can use it anyway that they want to use it, that is probably true, it is written by man in the first place. So I suppose that the best thing to do is read it at least once I have studied in extensively and it is good literary fiction, it can't be true it is to contradicting. That is not the worst part of it for me though it is the holier then thou hypocrits that want to interpret it then do anything but live by what it says. If they want it so bad why don't they keep it and then live by it, words alone are nothing acts mean much more.

Added note: Look how they are starting to take over Halloween that was always a non Christian holiday as far as I know? If anyone wants to explain to me why the churchers are taking it over I will let you in on my thoughts on it.

It is a belief system that is correct....

With the scientific rules that we know of right now...that to me after being in the math and science field for over 50 years doing my original research I can not give you evidence that God is really nor can I prove God is not real.

As for saying it is scientifically impossible for a virgin to have a child.....I will give you that in the day of Jesus it was probably very unlikely....but if loosing virginity is having full vaginal penetration and intercourse....pregnancy can occur even when the penis has not fully entered the vagina but only the entrance and thus the women technically remains a virgin...in our day and age the only thing needed from the male is the sperm and the man does not physically need to be present and their have woman in our times who have never physically had sex who have carried and delivered babies...so there is the science side of things...

In doing scientific investigation...when part of something is shown to be inconsistent or not true...then the whole must be re-looked at...not thrown out right away...but re-looked at and restated witht the new evidence.....your turn

What do you believe? First you attack the Bible by saying it is unscientific. Then you say you would not listen if every scientists on earth agreed it was fact. You need to get your head on straight and start thinking logically.

By the way, virgin births are possible and have been observed in amphibians. There are scientists who theorize that a virgin birth could be possible for a woman with a rare medical condition. It hasn't been proven, but neither has it been ruled out. So, at present, the claim of a virgin birth is not unscientific.

Parthenogenesis-

The asexual whiptail species Cnemidophorus neomexicanus (center) with the sexual species that hybridized to form it, C. inornatus (left) and C. tigris (right).Parthenogenesis (from the Greek παρθενος parthenos, "virgin", + γενεσις genesis, "birth") describes the growth and development of an embryo or seed without fertilization by a male. Parthenogenesis occurs naturally in some species, including lower plants, invertebrates (e.g. water fleas, aphids, some bees and parasitic wasps), and vertebrates (e.g. some reptiles,[1] fish, and, very rarely, birds[2]). It is sometimes also used to describe reproduction modes in hermaphroditic species which can self-fertilize.

Yes- the invisible man in the sky was invented so people would have fear and the people preaching this stuff created their own power.
The good guy was invented- to teach us to be good-
the virgin to keep us all from diddling each other before marriage....etc.
The men did steal it from Paganism- the religion of the country people- a matriarchal religion. The nurses and midwives (women) of the day were the ones who had the knowledge of the herbs- or medicines and what these power mongering men considered to be the power- so they invented a male diety. Then they raped, pillaged, and plundered and gave diseases to all of the wonderful, peaceful country folk. Nice, huh?

I agree. It's insane to think that these people have picked one dude to pray over for 2000+ years! He was a dude, just a dude that died on the cross like so many others during that time!

BORN from a VIRGIN!!! How many promiscuous women would get away with that nowadays?!!! I want a teenage girl to tell her father that she's a virgin when she comes up pregnant and tell him she's carrying the new son of god!

Good thing they started this while we were still somewhat primitive and had no refrigeration or sanitation, because they were obviously HALLUCINATING when they came up with this idiocy!!!

Absolutely. Think of the amount of time and thought that has been wasted on the myth of god and jesus! Compare it to how much further science would have been if not for the dark ages and the burning of the library at Alexandria, Egypt. Think of the lives sacrificed in the name of god. The wars. The livelihood of people who prayed away while life's experiences and reality passed them by. Yes. Biggest scam ever...

Socrates, Pythagoras, Newton, Tesla, Bohr, Edison and even Darwin believed in God. Einstein said God speaks in numbers. If we will have a survey of all scientist today, God will win the result. If you will not listen to these scientists, who would listen to you, you are not even a scientist. How can you judge a book like the Bible you have not even read? You are right. Most of Christianity is not original. But this does not mean that true Christianity does not exist. There are so many things in this physical universe that existed before our eyes could see and our mind could even recognize them.

Alrighty then, I ain't forcing you. Believe what you will and I will believe what I know is true. All I ask is respect. It wouldn't sound nice if people started calling the evolution theory an evolution fable.

It's fine if you want to be scientific or mathematic about things, just don't lose yourself for it.
