what we will lose is the security of our nation. By withdrawing we would show the rest of the world how to defeat us.

If we leave, it will be bad. How bad boggles the imagination. It will prove once again that
1. the USA can't be trusted
2. Provide free reign for the next plot against us.
3. Subject millions to Islamic servitude and death.
4. Probably cost the lives of millions of Americans in a city to be named later.
Make no mistake the stakes are high. Isolationism didn't work in the 1930's and it won't in this century either. there will be a day not to far off that we will fight these people here at home... Oh I'm sorry, we already have( 9-11). Expect worse.

First we will lose face with any country we say we will stick uo for. Millions of Iraqi's will die in the civil war and ethnic cleasing that will follow (aka, the killing fields in Vietnam and Cambodia after we left). A religous state will emerge that will side with Iran and own about half the world oil production. Years of politcal jargon will go back and forth as they develop nuclear missles and fund massive terrorist attacks. We will do nothing for fear of getting involved in another Iraq. Eventually something will tip the scale and we will attack, but only after our economy is in deppression and many of innocent people around the world have been killed. We will attack with a massive strike killing millions, nd enter to a ground attack that will be deadly on a scale that we have never seen.
On that note I hope that we devise a strategy for Iraq that works. Niether party is putting forth acceptable ideas (Republicans stay the course and Democrates withdraw). We need seroius debate about this it is going to effect my great grandchildren and possibly beyond. All this partisan hate will continue to weaken us. Disent is good but hate is not. We have to get rid of our political correctness before the decision is forced on us,

We can gain American's lives, not to mention credibility by withdrawing immediately.
The longer we stay there, the more young Americans will be kept in harm's way, and the less credibility America has with the rest of the world.

We will lose the war on terror. it will give Al qaeda what they want a Extreemist strong hold to train people for Jihad.
We will gain nothing if we leave.
Al Qaeda loves to say don't help the americans they will just leave.
Do you want to help the terrorists?
