I like a man. i think he is very attractive and did from the day i saw him. I haven't been able to keep my mind off of him and sometimes i'll stare at him and he stares back. I've also seen him looking at me before and then looking away.If you stare at a guy and he stares back does he find you attractive?

Either that or you've always got something between your teeth and he's wondering when you'll notice and pick it out. Next time he stares, go look in a mirror. If your teeth are clean, you're in.

I'm almost certain that guy is probably attracted to you especially if he's looking back at you like you say. You should ask him out because apparently he wont' make the first move then you should make the move and you'll probably get a positive answer.

He most likely finds you to be attractive, But is either to nervous or to shy to start a conversation. Next time your near him at work,Talk to him girl!!! You will never know otherwise nor reap the rewards of what may be the best relationship of your life..Take the chance, Love is always worth it!

He could ... but he might smile and he doesn't smile he might be afraid of you...especially if your very attractive.... On word of advice... if you do like this guy whats it based on? you don't even know this man you said... so I assume its based on looks and emotions which is common but no way to find a mate... set your emotions aside and get to know someone first.... emotions are not a good deciding factor as to if someone is right for you or not and a good way to get yourself into something you will regret down the road...

NOt necessarily. He may be wondering why you keep staring at him. The only way to really know is to strike up a conversation with him and get to know him. Who know's you may hit it off and have the best romance and sex ever.

doesn't really mean he likes you he just notices that you stare at him and it takes his attention. wouldn't be a bad idea to try to talk to him.
