make a badge out of tinfoil...tellhim that you are the sheriff..and if he squirts you once more..you'll arrest him....and take his horse from him!
or you can dress up like an indian and ambush him!

Next time you step out, take a bucket of very cold water and let him have it................all over him.

4) Throw raw meat at him
