You just need more truth in your life is all, there are good books out there that can help you win your battle.
They will give you wisdom in this area. One book
"A DIVINE REVELATION OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE"
The Bible says my people die, due to lack of wisdom and knowlage of me. What your going through only you can fix.
But the Blood of the Lamb is more powerful then how week you are. Satan knows this, and if your not moving forward in Christ, your going backwards. You have to read your bible, an read other Good books. Jesus says whom I have set free is free in deed, but Satan comes to stell every thing from your mind God gives you, see When you asked Jesus into your heart, he gave you a bran new one, but you got to keep your old mind, your thoughts, your knowlage, he did not brain wash you as some people think he does. But by reading the Bible, it washes your mind, and takes out dirty thoughts, and actions. "let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus."
By the renewing of your mind.
You need a good teacher, someone who will teach you the word, Get that book by Mary K Baxter I was telling you about. She is a true woman of God, and God has blessed her with wisdom just for you.
Jesus had a wonderful life, up to his death, his life was amazing, if you can not see the wonderful life he had, you missed his teaching. He loves life, and still does, he laughted and went to partys, he lived, till he died. And in death, we got victory, how awesome is that. The beauty of the Cross, is we live. Your in a dark place, God will pull you out of it, he did not put you there. Your mind did. Your thoughts did,
Depression is a dark place in the mind, Jesus saved your soul, and gave you an new heart.
mark 11: 22 start there read that, down to 26 I believe. Say unto this mountan be removed cast into the sea, that is the place you tell depression to get off you, doubt not, you have to believe its gone, if you want help, its out there,
Jesus knew you could not be holy, that is why he went to the cross, Satan loves to torment you, and tell you he dont love you anymore, thats a lie.
Satan comes to kill, still, and distroy, if you believe in God, and the blood of Jesus, then you need to learn how to fight satan, when he comes into your thoughts, and cast you down, that is not the Spirit of God.
The Kingdoms of this World, has you, so you need to try living in the KINGDOM OF GODS WORLD.
MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN HOW WOULD BE YOUR NAME, YOUR KINGDOM COME YOUR WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
We bring the kingdome of God in when we start living for him.
Read the Bible, pray for yourself. And go on.
God says, "the joy of the Lord is our Stangth," so find joy, and get strong. Jesus died for you and you are saved. Just learn to fight temtations.

Jesus did not have a hard life at all. He died in a dramatic way, but he saw it coming and chose to go through it to save the world.
You are making life difficult only for yourself...not helping anyone through doing it. You beat yourself and whip yourself...but who are you to punish yourself - is it not for God to judge punishment?
It was Satan who got the idea of not ever being happy is a righteous thing. On the contrary, you are a child of God - God wants you to be happy (and that is why God forgives sinners, because we are His children). Instead of being depressed, you should live your spirits...lift it to God. In God, how can one be depressed or unhappy?

Romans 8
1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
If you beating yourself, it sounds like you are living under the condemnation of the devil. Why do you give him footholds in your life? The more footholds he has, the harder it is to not sin. Harming your own body is a red flag that he is controlling your life. Stop doing that!! Live a life focused on the things of the Spirit and you will no longer feed the desires of the flesh.

Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for all your sins. Jesus was punished by His Father for your sins so that you do not have to punish yourself for your sins. God has forgiven all your sins pass, present and future because Jesus has paid in full for them on the cross. You likewise should forgive yourself for your sins. Jesus not only died for your sins but has also given you His righteousness (2 Cor 5:21) to conquer your sins. The way for you to have victory over sin is to know that your flesh (sin nature) is crucified with Christ and you now live the new creation life in Christ (Gal 2:20). Know that sin have no dominion over you for you are not under the law but under grace as Jesus is your Savior and Lord (Rom 6:14). Know also you have the abundance of grace and God's gift of righteousness to reign in life and therefore over sin (Rom 5:17). Everytime you sin confess you are the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Cor 5:21) and you will experience over time your victory over your sins. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all the time.

The wages of sin is death.
But don't sweat it. That price has already been paid.
Confess and repent (turn from) your sins, ask and accept His forgiveness, then bask in the knowledge that you are assured a home in heaven and an eternity spent with Him and an innumerable family of loving fellow Christians.
Hard to stay depressed knowing that.
Have a great day.

It is not your responsibility to hurt yourself even though some Catholic groups practice that like much of Catholocism there is no biblical basis. Actually your body is the temple of the Lord so you are only commiting another sin when you beat yourself. Blasphemy is the only unforgivable sin. We are born into sin so God because of our imperfection gives us an opportunity, if we repent honestly, for our sins to be absolved.

Hmmmmm....
God forgives sinners the same way parents forgive their children - grace. We don't earn forgiveness, and we don't deserve it. God gives it to us because He loves us.
God doesn't want us to whip ourselves, but to belive in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and repent from our sins. God wants us to be happy and satisfied - not depressed or guilty. There's nothing Godly or Biblical about being depressed or guilty.

GOD forgives sinners so that they can have fellowship with HIM and live with HIM forever in HIS kingdom.
JESUS did not die on the cross so that you would have to suffer. HE died that you might have life more abundant and free of sin. As a child of GOD you should be happy and free of worry. Cast every care to GOD HE is faithful to forgive. HE is eager to give us mercy, forgiveness, and blessings, first we must seek HIM and ask for them.

Jesus loves you and doens't want you to be depressed.
you have to believe that he forgives you. His mercys are new every morning. It is Satan that is stopping you from forgiving yourself. God says that when we pray for forgiveness, that he throws our sins as far as the East is from the West. That means he forgets them.
Give it to God and let it go. Don't beat yourself up for your past. and don't whip yourself either. Jesus took the pain from us. We are FREE. Saved by the grace of God, not by ourselves.
Do you know not that beleiving we are forgiven is a sin against God. Its telling him we don't have faith in him.
God Bless

Sorry for you. But I think you got it all wrong, Jesus suffered so that you don't have to suffer anymore. If you have sinned ,confession and repentence are enough, there is nothing to pay for. Jesus payed all at the cross of Calvary.
Forgiveness and redemption are ours throught is blood that cleans us from all sin.
Shalom
