Hello, I am a Christian, and if someone is an athiest, and they say something contrary to truth, I will say that. I answer them the same exact way that I answer a Christian or any other religious person. My answers don't change, but the person who is receiving my answer will interpret it whatever way they choose, based on who they are, not by what or who I am.
There are some people who cannot even understand the speech of God, because they are not of God, plain and simple.
I also think that many athiests on this forum simply say things to encourage a bad statement from a Christian so that they can point fingers at them. This whole question just depends on the individual, their character, integrety and by which "father" they choose to serve. There are two fathers at play in this world; not all are the children of God. I imagine you know who the other "father" might be......

this is the problem that comes along with spiritual pride, which is what you've called "lookin heroic"... Where u look down upon the atheist instead of looking on at him..

I don't mind if they talk badly, I don't like it when I hear stupid stuff, like we are all evil and have no morals by somebody who actually believes when that is clearly not the case. But really, I just treat it like water off a ducks back.

I honestly don't mind it at all. It just keeps hammering the nail in the coffin as to why I will never even consider christianity.

Well anything that a christian says about an atheist comes from ignorance.
Imagine, someone gullible and stupid enough to believe in an imaginary sky-pixie telling someone who is intelligent enough to see the world as it really is, that they are wrong.
Laughable irony!

I have no problem at all with people questioning my beliefs, nor with them claiming to have truths that I am not aware of. What I do care about is intellectual honesty which is something that some, not all, believers have quite a problem with.

People secure in their beliefs, whether atheists or religious will not be bothered by what people say about their beliefs. In fact, challenges may help them sharpen their beliefs.

I admit taking a little glee when their hypocrisy shows. Okay, sometimes a lot of glee if it's a really good showing of that "christian love".
