On the contrary I think most all Christians agree with that. See out Lord told a very learned man that to inherit the kingdom of God we MUST be born again. The first birth out of the waters of physical birth and the second from God a spiritual birth.. Then a person gives up atheism to live for God... Jim

In addition to being disrespectful, it would be about the same if the religious types referred to your parents as prostitutes. As they would never do such a thing and I use the insult in an unfounded way only as an example of what it feels like to have someone insult the way you believe. You believe in your parents and you know they are not perfect but how did it feel to read the line of reference. That is the way they feel and when you disrespect someone's beliefs, regardless of accuracy, what gives you the right to insult people in this manner. Isn't there something else that you could occupy your mind with that is positive or helps in some way like putting that brainpower to use to solve global warming, or how to get around the use of fossil fuels, how about a way to feed more people that are homeless or hungry. If you continue to exercise your mind in so little a fashion, by the time you are old enough to make a difference and a decision your brain will be skinny, weak and stupid from lack of use and then when the world is waiting for genius to appear out of your mouth, you will probably astound them with , "Whaaaaa"! With everyone waiting for you to save them, you will not have even a suggestion much less an answer. Disrespecing people is mean and it takes very little effort to be mean. The results is mostly of a negative emotion that is not happiness and nothing productive is accomplished by it. So I would ask, just what is the goal of such a question anyway? I will tell you everyone is not born and athiest, everyone is born and their soul is protected by our creator until the age of reasoning and understanding. At that time the soul is given to that person, as it belongs to them. They may do with their mortal soul anything they wish and most of us give it to the Lord assuring us of eternal life after our bodies have gone the distance on earth. Where is your soul? What do you have planned for it when you are gone or are you one of those people that believes that when your dead that it is it so you don't have to be bothered with taking care of something so important and you can spend your time ridiculing others because of their beliefs. And you are the epitomy of the next generation that is going to continue our countries existance! God help us all.

This "religious type" doesn't "get mad" at anything, but your statement is ridiculous.
I can tell you this: Scripture is quite clear that not every person is a child of God;
In the end times (that would be now) the spirit of Elijah will come to turn the hearts of the children back to their fathers. That word "fathers" is plural for a reason: there are two "fathers" at play here. The manuscripts cement the fact that Satan has blood children on this earth today, and his
children do his work - they cannot even understand the speech of God, since they are not from God.
Who is your "father"?

Most religious types get mad when you tell them that because they have a really deep connection to god and always knew him and who he was even when they were babies. and you can never be sure if a baby does believe in God. No one knows what they were think at five months old or a day old. So maybe some ppl at that age believed in God. and also babies might have believed in God and just didn't know it. Since God is a very deep and complex subject that almost no babies would understand. Some adults even don't understand the the concept or subject of God. but these are just my ideas. as you can probably tell I believe in God.

Isn't there a difference between someone who has never thought about the matter of God's existence, and someone who has considered the possibility and then reached a conclusion "logically" as you like to say?

If your type of reasoning is used we could also say that we are all born dumb not just about God, but about everything. Do you really like affiliating born atheist with born dumb also?

The Word of God states that "AA have sinned and come short of the Glory of God" Romans 3:23.

However a child in Innocent UNTIL the age of Accountability, which ONLY God Knows when that is. Some Adults also fall into this Category because of their minds. (birth defects and so on) BUT NOT Rejecting Christ when someone KNOWS Better.

As an atheist I am not sure that is true, I think we are born with a natural propensity towards belief that is hard for most people to shake. We are born theists in my view but belonging to no particular creed, that takes the input of parents and society.

I think different. Atheist mean don't believe in God (Father).
But all men are created by God, (read Genessa-Bible-OT), from our borning we are the children of God, our souls believe in God. The guardian angels of children, till 3-4th age see the Face of God. The problem is, that the men come in that life with the dirty of the sin of Adam and Eve(on their soul), which was anulated by the Sufferings of Jesus Christ. For to get the results of the sufferings of Jesus (to be saved from the slavery of the sin) is done our baptism, so we become Christians, believers in the NT-Bible too.

People love to believe lies. Most of the religious types are weak, and cannot possibly face the fact that the only person to blame for their screwups is themselves! Also they cant accept the fact that there are no second chances.
