We have a Canon SD 900 and are trying to copy videos to the computer and keep getting an error message.?

The pictures copy fine but the videos will not copy. I just end up skipping them. Any suggestions?

We are trying to copy the videos off the camera to the computer and get an error message. The camera won't let us remove the videos..

Use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the video files onto your computer's hard drive. I have two Canon cameras (PowerShot A700 and PowerShot G7) and use this technique all the time.

Depending on how big the video files are, you could do a right mouse click on the file, left mouse click on "Copy," then do another left mouse click and "Paste" in the destination folder. That also works for me.
