Does the language have a special phrase for it?
If I translate it word from word it would be:
Il n'est pas le un.
The 'le un' part evidently is wrong!!
Someone help??

I'd say "Il n'est pas fait pour moi" (literally, he's not made for me), or "Ce n'est pas l'homme de ma vie" (he's not the man of my dreams)

In the context which you have specified in "Additional Details", the exact expression which you are looking for is:
"Il n'est pas l'homme pour moi".

Colloquially some young women would say "Il n'est pas ma moitié de pomme" (He is not my other half of the apple).

The young Italian girl above has misunderstood and suggested "He is not the only one", which is not what you want.

Phrases like this are best not translated literally. I would say something like "Lui, il n'est pas mon ame-soeur" - something like "sister of my soul" which is the phrase used in French to refer to 'the one' in the sense of love (even for a man).

Ce n'est pas lui.

Lui is the emphatic form of "il".

If you want to say he's not the one, then there's usually more after that ... like he's not the one who ..... Given that, you could say "Ce n'est pas lui." or "Ce n'est pas lui qui ..." if you want to continue the sentence.

C'est pas lui.
In any sense of the word.
In the love sense, il est pas pour moi. Or, "c'est pas mon type." (He's not my type)
If you wanted to say he wasn't involved in whatever, you might also say
Il y est pour rien--it's got nothing to do with him.
