Neither. Money has no power without greed. Religion does not kill anyone unless a leader uses it as an excuse for a war motivated by greed.
It all comes down to greed or fear in the end.

Money is worse because it can bring in the worst in people.

In religion, intentions are often good, even if they are misguided. Religious people aim to be good, whereas money hungry people aim to get as much money regardless of the consequences. And people can argue that there have been wars over religion, but the ukraine had all it's oil cut off because they wouldn't pay extortionate inflation charges or whatever it was. Either that or the Ukriane cut off someone elses oil, i don't remember but essentially people went without power all because of money.

Religion!

"The love of money is the root of all evil" From the bible.

Notice it is not money but the love of it. "greed" may be some people making a lot but don't have enough so they accumulate more.
