I'm currently feeling very hungry and tired. Whenever i try to stand up or walk around, i feel kinda dizzy.

I've eaten a fair bit of breakfast and lunch today and had at least 9 hours of sleep last night.

I can't seem to concentrate on studying today and gosh, i have a test tomorrow.

Any suggestions?

You have a vitamin B12 deficiency buddy!! Other symptoms you may be experiencing are headaches and migraines, fatigue and exhaustion, irritability and moodiness, head and hand sweating, constipation, nausea and vomiting, chest pains and heart palpitations, depression, numbness and tingling in the outer extremities and prickling sensations!! Not very nice is it!!

When we are in stress situations, our bodies naturally use up more of the B group of vitamins. The B group of vitamins are water soluble and as such need to replenished in our bodies on a daily basis. Our bodies can neither store or produce them. When we are under stress we need to increase the amount of B vitamins in our diets accordingly.

Eat more foods rich in B12:

Yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.

Recommeded daily intake for adults is 2mcg. Go get yourself some good quality multi B vitamins. Blackmores make a good brand called Mega B. Expect to pay around $30.00AUD for about one months supply. Dont buy the cheap and nasty vitamins as they are usually synthetic and notoriously hard to digest. Dont buy the B vitamins individually as they work best as a group.

I hope you at least go have a ham and cheese sandwich or a couple of glasses of milk, because its actually pretty scary going through some of the nasty symptoms nutritional deficiencies can produce, particularly if you don't realise that you are simply deficient in a particular vitamin!!

Also, by eating properly, you'll resolve your symptoms very quickly - within the hour!! Good stuff hey? I have 3 little children at home and a workaholic husband and each time one of them has a tummy ache, headache, nausea etc. Its alway because they havent' eaten their breakfast or lunch or have been trying to sneak past meal times by just eating junk food!!

If you have not had a blood test in a while, your feminine hormones might be at play. Your increased hunger and other symptoms might indicate your metabolism is affected. Thyroid hormones can change a woman's metabolism, and dizziness, lightheaded and tired, need to be investigated. Unless you experience an emergency, avoid visits to an ER. In 2010, CBS News reported the average cost to visit an ER is $550, and the average wait is up to 4 hours. Why not keep a little record of your present symptoms , so if you do visit a medical clinic, you will have evidence of past symptoms that could be helpful to diagnose your current condition? Try eating six small meals a day instead of three big ones. Have a healthy, fulfilling breakfast, with a mid-morning snack, Lunch, mid-afternoon snack, a small meal later on, then a tea - try not to have supper if possible because you'll really mess up your metabolism - it'll go mad!
Hope I help & good luck

I think a swim would be good or you might want to try out on exercises you like because it helps the blood to circulate better so that your mind will be more fresh and awake.

After that take a nice warm bath followed by a good meal before you carry on with anything else.

It sounds as if your blood sugar is low, you should go to your doctors who will probably take a blood sample. Your blood can provide the doctor with a lot of information
