most fruits and veges are fine. make sure they are a soft texture and so she won't choke on them. introduce fruits and veges one at a time. all fruits and veges have vitamins which will help her. avoid fruit juice as this is too high in sugar. I have included a website that talks about foods for kids. As for the respiratory problems...try to keep her away from pets which may trigger allergies, don't let anyone smoke anywhere near her...this means that even if they go outside to smoke then come back in they need to change their clothes and wash their hands as the smoke lingers on their clothes, get rid of carpet if you can esp in her room (dust loves carpet). good luck.

Take her to a good homeopath who will study her symptoms and treat her constitutionally. This will help her to develop immunity. Try to avoid all the mucus forming and citrus fruits. Give her apple, chiku, papaya, anjeer etc. Do not give her banana, orange and musambi.

All fruits should be OK. Some people are allergic to citrus fruits such as oranges, so avoid those. Foods causing allergy include peanuts, eggs and fish.
