I don't think I've seen any oil-free bouillon.

You could try making your own broth. If you steam vegetables, save the water (you can freeze it.)

Also save the carrot tops, peels and other vegetable trimmings, you can rinse and then boil these and add the liquid to your saved broth.

Sadly, I havent been able to find one. I dehydrate my own veggies in a dehydrator, process them into a powder, and add see salt and pepper, and use that as a boullion. If you dont want to go to that much trouble, you can find most veggies dehydrated in bulk health food stores. You could mix some dried beetroot, carrots, celery, onion and garlic flakes with some sea salt. I just keep it in a salt shaker, and add it to taste. Hope this helps a bit. The thing I like about doing it myself, is I can be sure of exactly whats in it, and avoid the risk of cross contamination from things produced on the same line in factories.
