I have had bronchitis 3 times in the last six months?

After taking antibotics is taken for it a rash shows up only on neck and chest. Has anyone had this experience and what was the cause. I took 2 different antibotics and both times I got the rash.

You're allergic to the antibiotics, for sure. Even if you had two different antibiotics, they might be in the same chemical class or family of meds. You need to make notes of the meds that caused the rash and tell your doctor next time.
