In my experience you are amongst the few lucky one who has low tolerance for alcohol. Next dose can be lethal as it acts on your CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM, YOU CAN UNDERGO SUDDEN DEATH AS IT WILL BLOCK YOUR MEDULLA WHICH HAS HEART AND CARDIAC CENTER, OR A SEVERE BRAIN TRAUMA AND YOU MIGHT BE DISABLED FOR LIFE.
So no more alcohol in any form, it was moral obligation to advise you, now make your choice.

I really think you need a good physical. I do not think 1 vitamin pill and 1 beer could have this affect on anyone unless they were very ill. Or like some else mentioned blood sugar level. Is anyone in your family diabetic? It could be a number of things. Hopefully it will turn out to be nothing. Have you been dieting at all? This can happen when you are hungry from dieting.
Well go to the doctors if you don't know one you can call any local hospital and they will give you a list of doctors from that hospital seeing new patients. Good Luck. I wouldn't pass this off, but I wouldn't worry either. Doesn't sound too serious to me.

Being only 25 and drinking is only poisoning your body. You are probably experiencing a liver or kidney malfunction. Your blood vessels may be constricting and when this happens your heart rate changes. In addition, your brain is being damaged beyond repair. Keep drinking and your memory will begin to fade, develop sclerosis of the liver, overwhelm your kidney with toxins, injure your pancreas and eventually your prostate. Get the picture? Get medical help asap. The multi vitamin you are taking is not doing you a bit of good if you are a drinker.

It's causing hypoglycemia, low-blood sugar. Yes...low-blood sugar will damage your pancreas over time, turning off the insulin receptors.
It's very common for alcohol to cause low-blood sugar. You can partially prevent this from happening by eating some protein with your beer. I would take it as a clue though. Do your parents, siblings, or grandparents have Type II Diabetes or are they overweight???? If so, I'd cut out the alcohol altogether along with most sugar.

I believe the alcohol is slowing down your metabolism and heart rate, etc. You should not take the vitamins until you check with your doctor first. There could be something in them that doesn't agree with the alcohol. Please stop drinking. I watched my grandfather die from drinking. It ate his liver up and it wasn't worth his life, to me. He did awful things when he would drink and then be so remorseful afterwards when he learned about the things he did and said. Don't destroy your life or the ones you love.

Alcohol is a depressant. The symptoms you've posted are all normal, only for someone who hasn't been a frequent drinker.
If you have been a heavy drinker these symptoms could be a sign of liver damage.

Sounds like you're having trouble with your blood sugar levels. Your liver and/or pancreas might not be able to process the alcohol as efficiently as it used to. See your doctor.
