I do sometimes! Sometimes when I make veggie burgers I put a little beet juice in it and that makes it look like it's under cooked meat! it really fools some meat eaters. I also add a little vanilla to hide the veggy smell when cooking! a bit of vanilla in oil for some reason does smell similar to meat don't know why though! If a meat eater sees me sprinkling or pour something.. I just say it's a secret seasoning a good cook doesn't tell their secrets! It's fun to fool meat eaters isn't it? We save the life an animal too while were having fun fooling the meat eater!

I did it to my boyfriend twice(he is a meat-eater) I gave him a veggie taco, he loved it, and after he was done eating I told him what it was, he got a kick out of it.
I don't think that there is anything wrong with fooling them as long as it is in fun, I would only do this to someone that wouldn't get pissed at me( like my boyfriend) I wouldn't do it to someone I don't know.
I also did it with a veggie hot dog(yuk, in my opinion) I wanted to see if he would notice, he did though... He was like is something wrong with this hot dog?... I tried to hide it by covering it in relish and mustard but he still figured it out. Again he thought it was funny. :)

each and every now and then... each and every now and then no longer.. It relies upon lots on once you want to alter into vegetarian. many those that come to a determination to make the change of their teenager years regularly cut back out the beef and amp up the junk nutrients. yet it extremely is the international we live in. it extremely isn't any longer uncommon to seize regardless of is there because of the fact it extremely is extra handy than determining a thank you to attend to fruit, and adolescents will regularly do regardless of they choose.. i understand those that grew up vegetarian and that they are very particular approximately what they consume and a few those that switched while they have been previous their 30s are doing particularly nicely too. each and every now and then i think of those that consume meat actual do have extra form whether neither individuals are ingesting healthy.. they're going to crave something meaty and decide for it and it style of feels much less elementary for vegetarians to pass search out an apple. i've got met vegetarians which could stay off of cheese ravioli for a month (and that i'm one among them too haha), yet i've got on no account come for the period of a meat eater than can purely have meat to munch on. they want bread for their sandwich, noodles for their meatballs.. it extremely is like they are extra susceptible to make something than we are.. So... in some respects vegetarians are fit.. and in some respects those that consume meat are fit.. isn't it relaxing while there is not any longer a sparkling answer? x] i think of it extremely is extra a count of will capacity...

I couldnt fool anyone even if I wanted to. Everyone knows Im vegan, and that I dont prepare animal products. But they do like my cooking. I think its important to be open about it. I understand you dont mean anything bad, but what if someone actually thinks that youre cooking meat, while you're telling them you're a veg.? They might think you're a hypocrate.

I think it's important to present vegetarianism/veganism in a positive light. You could still cook for your friends, but letting them know that the delicious food you're making is veg*n, could actually help them understand your choice better, than if you hide it.

It certainly is tempting, but a lot of people are allergic to wheat and soy. I don't particularly care if a meat eater gets sick, I just wouldn't want to get sued.

I understand where you're coming from, which is a good place in your heart (I'm a vegetarian too) but fooling people is not nice. Remember God's golden rule. Just my 2 cents. Have a great day!

Now, think about this question the next time a meat-eater prepares YOUR vegetarian meal.

Do unto others.
