My grandmother is a diabetic and is not allowed to have much sugar, sodium or carbohydrates. Can you recommend something she could snack on while having tea?

I suggest you make an appointment with a dietitian and work out a food schedule that fits her lifestyle.
If she has had diabetes for several years, much has changed in the care of this disease. She may be able to eat a much larger variety of foods now.
Good luck.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has NOTHING to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past.

It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

Fruit is also a carb - be wary snacking on fruit.

Try low-carb dips - guacamole, hommus etc - and use celery sticks or sliced carrots as dippers.
