Do not fall for it! I had the same thing happen to me, I looked on line to see what was going on and it was a scam. They told me I had entered by giving out my email at some site and won thousands of dollars. The weird thing is they wanted me to send them money, why would I need to send them money because I just won some, I called the # they gave me and there was really someone who answered and I told them I would call back, I never did because the address that I had received was false there was no such address. I'm sorry to tell you trust me I know how it feels but if it doesn't seem real it usually isn't. Odds are you didn't win anything and someone is trying to rip you off don't fall for it. Sorry, They suck I know!

There's only one legal British lottery: The National Lottery. Tickets cost £1 from registered retailers and it's doubtful you can even enter if you aren't British.
Certainly, if you get a letter telling you you've won anything - lottery, competition, prize - that you haven't actually entered, it's a scam. Bin it!

No way is this legit. I receive at least 3 or 4 a month, and I have never entered anything. I also get letters from Nigeria, and all over the world saying that I was the benefactor of millions of dollars. This is nothing but a scam that's sent to millions of people. Please don't fall for this.

Do not send any money to these scam artist
You should not pay for the privilege of winning any game of chance..this most likely is a scam. Good Luck..don't send in any money..these foreign lotteries are illegal in the United States..Postal Law violations?
