Yes they can I got the same thing once and paid immediatly eBay is A MULTINATIONAL Company with billions of pounds in profits and has all legal proceedings that enable them to get hold of debtors. They have a ballif system and they will chase up people who are owing them debt in terms of financial assets they are a very painfull comapny to deal with but have enourmous resouces to ctach evaders same as the tax system.

Either you will have to pay them or even if you get away from them for a month or so they have a sophisticated computer system which will keep you on their records if you do not pay up when the ballifs come after you sooner or later you will.

eBay have a legal binding contract with you please Read their fees policy carefully

If they listed for you and you didn't pay they can and will take you to court and they will be granted a judgment. You'll end up paying them as well as all court cost.

I don't think so, for £30.00??

Imagine how much of legal fees they will spend to go to court..... It's not worth it.

But they can screw up your credit score.

Please pay it and avoid future headache. It's just £30.00!!!!
