The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Why do you need to loose it so quickly? Do you have something you want to trim down for or is it for health reasons? Quickly is never a good way to loose weight as often you just end up putting it all back on plus some. It can also be bad for your health and ruin your metabolism.
Basically to loose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. So basically eat less calories and move more.
Keep a diary of what you eat for a few days so you can see where improvements need to be made then slowly start improving your diet. Diet goals to work toward (in any order that suits you) 1. eat breakfast every day 2. drink at least 2litres of water daily 3. Eat small meals every 3hrs 4. 2 serves of fruit and five serves of veg daily. 5. make sure every meal includes protein, carbs and fats(the good kind in small amounts)
As for exercise, start with something simple 3 times per week for as long as you can manage, even if it is only 10mins, then work on increasing the time and intensity. Incidental exercise helps too. Use stairs instead of escalators or lifts, park further from entrances at work and shops and walk the extra distance, get up to change channel on tv and all that kind of stuff.
Remember: standing burns more calories than sitting. walking burns more calories than standing. jogging burns more calories than walking. running burns more calories than jogging.
Good luck, aim for lasting results not quick ones. set mini goals and reward yourself for them. (just not with food)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
