It depends.
If you're 16 and he's 32 1/2 that's too much.
If you're 30 and he's 46 1/2 it's not that big a deal--what matters is how you get along. Oh, and--if you marry--how do you feel about outliving him maybe 20 years?
I'm 66. If I were single and met a 50 year old woman who was interested I would pursue it.

Well, if you're 20-1/2, and he's 4, that's too much.
If you're 11 and he's 27-1/2, that's too much.
If you're 35-1/2 and he's 52, I think you're OK.

depends on the actual ages. if they actually love each other then its ok not just make love. if both people are happy then it doesnt matter
