I am looking to but this firearm for 435.00 dollars as advertised on Gunsamerica.com However when i called the gun shop they said that price is gonna be changed soon... Do I legally have the right to the price i saw it advertised at... not this extra 40 dollars tacked on... Basically I know here in Michigan you get it for the price that is advertised with taxes and shipping added...

none of this well we change the price now that you said you want it crap... these Gun dealers are in Montana... does that make a difference

Yes Ganda I do know it is the jericho 941 IMI with out the 41ae barrel... I have waited years to purchase this gun and It just so happens to not be the Magnum Research one but the actual IMI import :D with IMI logos instead of the new IWI logo trademarks

no..all prices are subject to change without notice on anything sold in America...sorry..its called supply and demand..you DO know the Baby Eagle is just the Jericho dressed up with a neat name change?...just another blowback auto?..you can get a doz just like it almost anywhere...no need for the hoohah unless you just are in love with that brand...but it aint nowhere close to being anything like a Desert Eagle

They have the right to change the price whenever they want, and they have already notified you.

If you want it at the old price, better get a move on it!

By law, if there is a date on the ad, they have to abide by it, but if there isn't they can always claim that their cost went up, so they have to pass it on to you.

son, stop asking this same exact same question over and over again.

if the $40.00 is such a big deal, maybe you should buy a bag of groceries instead of a gun anyway...
