Do you mean your abdominals?

Here are some ideas:
* sit ups / crunches
* put your feet against a wall and lie face down on a fitball with the ball in the middle of your body, then drop your body down and use your ab muscles to bring yourself back up
* lie on your back and lift your legs one at a time (some fast, some slow, some 'pulses' and some hover)

There are heaps of machines at most gyms too, just ask an instructor to point them out to you.

Sit ups are the best and the fastest way to firm things up. In addition, you can do them while you are lying in bed watching TV. I do them and some thigh exercises while I watch TV before I go to bed. You can do them more often if you really want progress. Good luck!!!

lay on ur couch, back on the seat and knees hanging over the top, back mostly off the seat and lay with ur body down near the floor (just lay normally and let your body lean below the seat level of the couch naturally, don't push ur self lower) then do sit ups pulling ur self up. Dont go super fast trying to cheat through the painful part, remember that on the way up the painful part is where u get the most work done on your abs, so move up and down slowly, dont drop back down. keep control of your sit ups and control ur speed at all times to work it out most. do it ...i dunno... like 3 reps of 15 sit ups u should feel it burn lol u'll feel good when its done.

Sit-ups. If you want abs, you'll need to do alot of cardio exercise.
