No, the age over twelve is called teenager, as in thirTEEN onwards. I guess in some places like theme parks and stuff then over eleven could be classed as a teenager, but how someone of twelve is a teen I'm not exactly sure.

Those over 21 don't exactly have a name... I mean think about it, whereas its just 13 - 19 when you're a teen, its 21 to the oldest person in the world! A bit wide, I think.

I'd just go with 'adult'.

actually the ages over 12 are called teenagers while the ages over 21 are called young adults/adults

Legal drinking age and or 21+.

no lol 11 is a pre-teen
and you turn into a teenager at 13.
