It all depends on what you are looking for anyway be careful what you download!

If you really want some cool stuff check out virtual appliances at www.vmware.com You can run other stand alone operating systems ontop of windows.

It's really called "Speech Recognition", and it's included with XP, but may not be installed. And, it may only do "English". Here's more info, and instructions: "Malay speech to english" is a whole different issue. Once in TEXT format, there are lots of ways to "translate Malay into English" (< HINT: Google for it).
