I seem to spend more and more time in he R&S section. i think im addicted. is there a support group or something that i can join?
i get nighmares at night, that there is no R&S section on Y!A.
What should i do?

Maybe you could start a support group. I was addicted to a yahoo christian chat room..but in there christians fight and hate each other..I came here and discovered that at least it was the non believers doing the bad stuff. I never found a support group to cure me of chat..I found something different..and yes, addictive..but hey..it's better than drugs lol.

I don't think the R&S section is a bad addiction, but if you are here because you feel the need for greater sprituality you might try searching for a church home.
If your addiction is more of a chemical or habit nature there are all kinds of support groups.
