hard work=god? No, working hard does not make u a god. sorry.
hard work leads you to god? Possibly. But good works by itself is pointless.

It depends upon you how do you take work as. If you do any work dedicately than the result you get is god's wish. That's why people think hard work is god.

Hard work allows us to have the things we need and enjoy. It also keeps us heathy, and allows us to respect the things we work for as well as the things others have worked for. We take care of our stuff as a result of it not having come easy. So, yes.
