Butter a slice of sandwich bread and remove crusts. Place a spear or two across the corner, a little salt and roll diagonally.
Perhaps add a little mayo.

Grilled cheese with center cut bacon, meunster cheese, buttertop split wheat bread, and brown mustard. I fry it up in the bacon grease from the center cut bacon.
