I know that retired racers are up for adoption, but I want to get a dog soon and have done a lot of research about greyhounds and know its hard to find a puppy. If I get a dog I want it as a pup, so don't just say get a rescued grey. thanks

If your going to adopt from a track, you know that these are oops pups. These are dogs from unplanned breedings, and these dogs are not allowed to race. Greyhound puppies are the worse pups compared to other breeds. They are known as land sharks, as they will tear everything up they can get their teeth on. Greyhound people know this, and the ones that get pups know what their in for. Good luck.
