Do a light work out of push ups and an ab wheel. There is a great item called a perfect push up that really works. I was injured and only did the ab wheel and used the perfect push up with free squats for three months and didn't lose much at age 45. See my 360.

2 months is nothing. just watch the diet and the carbs if your daily level of activity will be decreasing. you should at least do some push ups, pull ups, crunches and wind sprints.
when you stop exercising the body stores less excess glucose in the muscle cell as insulin sensitivity decreases so the muscles do not seem as full. you won't lose any actual muscle mass in 1-2 months

Swimming, Stretching, Tai Chi, Running, jogging, Sit-ups, Bench pressing.
You can not just stop.
My Dad did that and gained a lot of weight and never able to lose it.

Yes, your body may become a little soft, but when you start back in you will be back to yourself in about 2 weeks time....God Bless!!

idk...keep up a light workout? eat right and and any light activity that u can do, do it...a few mo. shouldn't hurt a whole lot
